Graphic designer based in Toronto with over 30 years of experience shaping ideas into thoughtful books and catalogues. My work spans art, design, architecture, science, literature, history, and business—collaborating with global editors, cultural institutions, and visionary individuals to bring bold ideas to life through publications that are beautiful, impactful, and built to last.
Before moving to Canada, I was a professor of Drawing, 3D Composition, and Graphic Design, and served as Teaching Coordinator at the Instituto de Diseño Fundación Neumann-INCE in Caracas, Venezuela. I also worked as Art Director at Editorial Arte, where I collaborated with John Lange for three decades. My work has been recognized with numerous distinctions in book design, including the Bronze Medal in the "Best Book Design from all Over the World", Leipzig, Germany; the Communication Arts Award of Excellence in the USA; the UNESCO Bologna Book Award Design in Italy for children’s publications; and recognitions from the AICA Venezuelan Chapter.
