XX años del Museo de Arte Jesús Soto
This catalogue showcases the collection of the Museo de Arte Moderno Jesús Soto, located in Ciudad Bolívar, Venezuela. Inaugurated in 1973, the museum was founded by the renowned Venezuelan kinetic artist Jesús Rafael Soto, who sought to bring modern art to his hometown. Designed by architect Carlos Raúl Villanueva, one of Venezuela’s most celebrated modernists, the museum houses works by abstract, constructivist, kinetic, and Nouveau Réalisme artists, featuring some of the most prominent figures both nationally and internationally.
